What is the most common path of promotion?

Many of our Reno team members start in the Logistics Management Training Program (LMTP). Logistics Management Trainees are responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, creating transportation solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. On average, Trainees make $85,000 in their first 12 months in the role and our commission structure is uncapped. When new team members join the team, they receive specific details and information on their potential promotion path, including titles, training opportunities, and new job responsibilities.
