I graduated UNR in 2020 without any logistics experience. About a year in, I became an operations manager. Six months later I became a strategic accounts manager and six months later I’m in a division manager role. So, it really sets you up to be successful with this training.
I came into this industry knowing absolutely nothing. Went through training and within two years, probably about a year and a half, I was promoted to a network operations manager. It’s really all about what you put into it. We work a lot of hours here and it pays off.
Me? Starting out, I knew nothing about the industry. So what it really taught me was all the basic fundamentals to be successful. You come in every day, you’re excited, the people around you put you in a better mood, even on your worst days, so it’s a good place to be.
