2025 Women in Supply Chain Awards Recognize Three ITS Logistics Team Members

-- Dorothy Ashford, Hayden Ketchum, and Mary Sexton were recognized for their outstanding contributions to ITS Logistics and the supply chain industry.--
Reno, Nev., Sept. 8, 2025 – ITS Logistics, a leading third-party logistics provider, today announced that three of its exceptional leaders—Dorothy Ashford, VP of Enterprise Accounts – Automotive; Hayden Ketchum, Drayage Director; and Mary Sexton, Talent Development Manager—have been honored in the 2025 Women in Supply Chain Awards, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This year’s awards celebrate female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of the supply chain network.
“We’re very fortunate to have leaders like Dorothy, Hayden, and Mary empowering futures through their leadership at ITS,” said Scott Pruneau, CEO of ITS Logistics. “Each of them represents the innovation, adaptability, and commitment to excellence that make our organization special. They not only strengthen our team but also push the entire industry forward.”
Dorothy Ashford – Trailblazer Award: With a career spanning three decades, Dorothy Ashford has consistently pioneered change across the logistics industry. After leading her own logistics company and holding executive roles at DHL and XPO Logistics, she joined ITS in 2020 and boldly shifted into the automotive sector. Since then, she has built ITS’s automotive division into a nationally recognized operation, reducing transit times, lowering cost-to-serve, and positioning ITS as a leader in strategic network engineering and hybrid capacity solutions. Beyond her strategic accomplishments, Dorothy is equally committed to mentorship, actively supporting more than 50 sales and operations professionals and shaping the next generation of supply chain leaders.
Hayden Ketchum – Rising Star Award: Since joining ITS in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hayden Ketchum has quickly risen to become Drayage Director, leading a team of more than 30 professionals. She is known for balancing operational rigor with empathy, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusivity, and nearly half of her division’s workforce today is female. Hayden has also played a key role in integrating ITS’s proprietary supply chain platform, ITS Engage, into drayage operations, helping customers navigate port disruptions, reduce costs, and improve shipment visibility.
Mary Sexton – Workforce Innovator Award: Mary Sexton has transformed workforce development at ITS Logistics, most notably through her leadership in launching the company’s newest campus in Fort Worth, Texas. She helped design and deliver a hybrid training program combining hands-on learning, mentorship, and early exposure to real-world logistics scenarios—empowering dozens of team members to advance into higher-impact roles. Mary has also been instrumental in driving adoption of ITS Engage, working closely with teams to refine the platform and ensure it meets day-to-day operational needs.
“Every year, this award continues to amaze me. But this year especially, it’s all about the quality of the submissions. These women are doing remarkable things for their communities, organizations, and teams and are paving the way for future young female leaders to be a part of an industry that’s making a difference,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Co-Founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum.
