Director of Recruiting and Training, Molly Campau, was recently interviewed on KRNV News 4 about our recent growth and aggressive goals for 2021.

From the story: The Downtown Reno division of ITS Logistics (Integrated National Capacity) has been one of the fastest-growing transportation businesses in North America in the last few years—now ranking in the Top 50, achieving $365 million in annual revenue and growing to over 160 full-time employees in 2020. ITS was founded 20 years ago by three local Nevadans and is now the largest logistics company headquartered in the State. The purpose of ITS, they say, is to ” improve the quality of life by delivering excellence in everything we do.”

Campau adds, “2020 was a crazy year for us. Because of COVID, the logistics industry operated at peak levels for most of the year. We shifted to a 100% remote working environment back in March of 2020 to keep our team safe. Since then, about half of the team has come back to the office while the other half is still working remotely.”

She states that health and safety have remained their top priorities and they are proud to have thermometers at every office entrance, unlimited self-administered Covid tests on a voluntary basis, and of course tons of spacing and cleanliness rules in place.

Despite the pandemic and a self-administered 3-month hiring freeze, Campau says they were still able to hire and retain more than 90 new team members. Furthermore, the INC office promoted 28 team members from within, and many of those promotions were to management and director-level roles. Recognizing and nurturing talent is something she says is a huge reason for their success and growth.

But as successful as the last few years have been for ITS, Campau says 2021 is set to be one of their biggest years yet. The goal for the INC office is to add 120 new team members. The available positions offer a diverse mix of career paths including sales, procurement, IT, finance, operations and management.

“We’re very proud of our company culture and the opportunities we can offer new college graduates. Simply put, if you have the right mindset and work ethic, we’ll train you and help set you up with a successful career path that rivals any in our industry,” Campau says. “If you’re interested in any of our opportunities or want to learn more about how you can join our team, give us a call today!”
