“We’re fortunate to work at an amazing company that drives us to create powerful and innovative marketing campaigns, highlighting our culture, our awesome people, and our hyper-focus on the highest level of service for our customers.”
Here is a brief recap of our award-winning entries for the Content Marketing and Integrated Campaign categories.
Driver Recruiting Campaign (Or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Recruiting Drivers)
In 2019, our driver recruiting market continued to be challenging due to the driver shortage and high level of competition from other transportation companies. This made it extremely difficult to recruit and retain quality drivers, specifically in the main markets that our fleet operates: Nevada, Washington, California, Oregon, Arizona and Utah. To combat this, we launched an integrated marketing campaign to increase search engine visibility of our individual job listings and reach a larger audience with new content, driver blog posts, driver testimonials, social media and a recruiting video.
Distribution Services Content Marketing Campaign (Consistent Quality Content = Increased Traffic)
We set out to create a comprehensive content marketing campaign for our Distribution Services division. We knew that our ideal customers searched for omnichannel, fulfillment, distribution, warehouse and ecommerce providers using Google and wanted to capture that market by creating valuable and SEO-driven content to drive traffic to our website and increase leads.
