Stan joined ITS Logistics in 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer after 6 years with Industrial Service Solutions (ISS).
ISS is the largest and most diversified private equity-held industrial services MRO provider in the United States with 2,500 employees. As ISS’s Chief Financial Officer, Stan was responsible for all aspects of ISS’s Financial Operations, M&A, Capital Markets, Treasury and Debt management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Risk Management, IS and IT functions and along with being a key interface with private equity partners, lenders and investors.
Prior to ISS, Stan spent 15 years with Fiddler’s Creek Community / Gulf Bay Group of Companies, the largest privately-owned residential and hospitality real estate development and operations company in Southwest Florida. For 7 years, Stan was the company’s Corporate Controller, responsible for all financial and reporting aspects of the company’s multi-faceted real estate development and hospitality operations.
He was also Divisional controller for several business units over his 15-year tenure with Fiddler’s Creek Community / Gulf Bay Group of Companies. Stan holds numerous professional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
He also holds a MS in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University, a MS in Finance from University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria, and a BS in Finance from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria.
