ITS is currently seeking 25 drivers in the Sparks, Fontana and Phoenix areas! We are offering a limited time increase to our Driver Referral Bonus in the amount of $1,000 for every driver that is hired because of your recruiting efforts—no limit on how many referrals you can make! In fact, a second referral will increase the bonus to $1,250!
Please note: You do NOT have to be an ITS Logistics employee to receive this bonus! So even if you aren’t interested, it pays to refer someone else who might be!
LINE DRIVERS will receive a sign-on bonus and will earn up to $61,000 annually—must have 1 year driving experience and a safe driving record.
TEAM DRIVERS will receive a sign-on bonus and will earn up to $89,000 annually—must have 1 year driving experience and a safe driving record.

Referral bonus will be paid as follows: $250 the first pay period after the referred driver has completed orientation and their first assigned run, $250 the 1st pay period after the referred driver has worked for 30 days, $500 the 1st pay period after the referred driver has worked for 6 months. If a driver is your second referral, the payment schedule will be $400 / $400 / $450 based on the same time parameters.
