Senior HR Analyst

Job Description


ITS is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individual to join our dynamic growing team as a HR Analyst. Under the general supervision of the Sr. Manager, HR Operations, the HR Analyst will be a process leader, streamlining and scaling HR processes in all areas of the employee life cycle. This role administers our HR systems, provides benefit and compensation administration support, and completes compliance and general HR reporting. Principle Accountabilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains all HR-related system functionality ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and maximizing operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to understand the HR data support need, providing analytical support and enhancing the manager’s HCM interface, providing local utilization training, and setting the operational rhythm and service delivery standards.
  • Acts as point of contact for HR reporting and auditing including compliance, labor cost, recruiting and talent development KPIs, total rewards audits, dashboard maintenance, routine and ad-hoc reports.
  • Manages and improves HR-related transactions in all areas of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, development, status and organizational changes, and off-boarding by proactively auditing HR data and workflows, carrying out moderate to complex projects.
  • Assists in the administration of health and welfare benefit programs by performing cost-benefit analysis, answering employee inquiries, troubleshooting integration files, managing 3rd party benefit vendors, and supporting open enrollment operations.
  • Assists in the administration of broad-based and sales compensation programs including design, data preparation and analysis, participating in salary surveys, managing compensation material, and providing ad-hoc compensation reports to business leaders.
  • Assists in developing and implementing a multi-year plan for the evolution of HR Operation elements, collaborating effectively with the IT and HR team in supporting the technology roadmap, maintaining the HR document repository, validating security profiles and role-based permissions, and maintain HRIS SOPs.
  • Assists in managing all aspects of 401k including monitoring eligibility, auditing contribution/deduction discrepancies, answering employee inquiries related to enrollment, loans, and distributions, as well as performs the annual compliance auditing & reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR, or another business-related field preferred, training/certification or equivalent experience may be substituted for years of experience.
  • 3-5 years HR systems administration experience in a fast growth environment. ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • Entry to intermediate level experience creating dashboards or using programming tools preferred. Power BI experience preferred.
  • Strong excels skills including to include pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookups preferred.
