The AP Vendor Specialist II reports to Accounting Manager and will work closely with their internal team and company management:

• Perform day to day transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
