ITS Logistics systems provide a real time data visibility to provide our customers with tracking information on product location and availability for potential, in-process, or upcoming orders. This browser driven application allows customers to access selected real time document information and stock status information via the Internet. This application also tracks agreed upon key performance indicators (KPI's) giving a real time visibility to the operations and performance.

This web solution includes:
- The ability to place shipping requests.
- Real time inventory visibility. ITS will utilize forklift mounted scanners and will scan product on receipt, put-away and picking.
- Event notification (ship times, etc.), Exception reporting (delayed shipments, etc.)
- Performance analysis (on-time receiving, on-time shipping, on-time delivery, etc.)
- Billing for ITS services.
iTrack gives you access to our transportation database over the Internet. iTrack allows you to track your shipments, view reports, tender shipments and submit Requests for Quotes on your own. ITS Logistics offers 100% visibility in our operations.

My ITS provides customers with interactive, personalized, and relevant reports.These on-demand reports provide real-time information on inventory, inbound trends (quantities received by day, week, and month), outbound trends, or we can build any report from our warehouse or transportation database.
