Customer had time sensitive containers on the ocean that would not make it to their facility in Ohio and ship to consumers by projected date under their current scenario. The customer reached out to ITS for a possible solution.

Have containers re-routed to ITS Logistics where additional staffing, equipment and space were immediately allocated for project.
